I worked with team members to take inventory of all site pages on the company SharePoint site. The pages were documented in an Excel file. We then worked with stakeholders to remove pages that were no longer necessary.

The leftover pages were evaluated for usability. We then spoke to users, which includes corporate employees in addition to field employees, and did an internal design session to create mockups of potential templates. We presented these mockups internally and discussed strengths and weaknesses for each design presented.

A master template was then created from the ideas from the design session and presented to stakeholders.

I worked on an internal workshop with the UX team. Members of the team got together and discussed areas of strength and weakness regarding how the team interacts internally and externally.

I worked to digitize sticky notes from the workshop and created an affinity map in Mural. I then looked at the sticky notes and found common themes between them. I then took each theme and wrote a problem statement for the individual theme.

After completing this, I put together a report to present to the leadership team, which included my findings and a potential course of action.

I worked to do research on ways to expedite the design process, including working with multiple different AI systems to create proto-personas.

An evaluation was done on an internal form that financial advisors filled out for new clients. It was discovered that the form had many repeat sections and was overall verbose and hard to use.

I participated in a whiteboarding session and redesign of the form itself. After the session, we presented our sketches to stakeholders, and once they were approved, digitized them in Figma to send to development.
