I worked with Karina Field to create an app designed to help young adults become more engaged with our political system. The system was designed to act like Tinder, where a user would swipe left or right on a set of anonymous beliefs that a real politician holds. The user would then “match” with a politician, and decide to vote for them or not. We would then provide any piece of relevant information related to voting in their specific county.

We did countless hours of research, created use case diagrams, and multiple personas. We then competed in Penn State’s Startup Week, which entailed giving multiple pitches, and won the Dave Hall award.
